En la raíz del judo de Kano están estos dos principios; Seiryoku Zenyo (para hacer el mejor uso de tu poder o ser energéticamente eficiente) y Jita K yoei (avanzar junto con tu oponente o ganar / ganar). El objetivo final del judo es Jiko no Kansei (buscar la perfección del carácter o la autorrealización). At the root of Kano's judo are these two principles; Seiryoku Zenyo (to make the best use of your power or be energy efficient) and Jita Kyoei (to go forward together with your opponent or win/win).
